The dormitory was developed through a socialized investment model involving cooperation between the University and the private investor, Chill Zone Company Limited. Located close to the academic buildings of the Long Phước campus, the facility benefits from convenient access to major transportation routes of Ho Chi Minh City, offering students favorable conditions for commuting and daily living.

Green landscape spaces within the dormitory complex
Constructed on a site of more than 2,700 square meters, the dormitory complex consists of one ground floor and five upper floors, accommodating 54 student rooms. Each room, ranging from approximately 16 to 20 square meters, has been designed with a focus on comfort, safety, and functionality. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning systems, private bathrooms, water heaters, and essential furnishings to support students’ daily needs. The electricity, water, and internet systems have been developed in an integrated and reliable manner, ensuring stable conditions for both academic activities and everyday life.

CAI Legal is a specialized artificial intelligence platform designed for the legal sector. The system has been developed on the basis of extensive legal datasets, including legislative documents, legal precedents, and court judgments. It enables users to search and analyze legal texts across multiple layers of data, compare different versions of legal documents across time periods, and summarize as well as extract key information from large and complex legal materials.
In addition, the platform supports the drafting of legal documents and specialized legal translation, thereby enhancing the efficiency of legal research and professional practice. The deployment of this system is expected to enable faculty members and students to gain early access to advanced LegalTech tools, gradually equipping them with the capacity to harness digital technologies in their professional careers.
